All service fees paid to LaFav Travels Immigration Services Inc. are non-refundable once the service agreement has been signed and work on your case or consultation has commenced.
Our services involve professional time, advice, documentation review, and personalized processing — therefore, fees are earned upon initiation of service.

2. Consultation Fees
•Consultation fees are non-refundable once an appointment has been scheduled, even if the client does not attend or cancels within 24 hours of the appointment time.
•If LaFav Travels cancels or reschedules your consultation, you will have the option to reschedule or request a full refund of the consultation fee.

3. Service Fees for Immigration or Visa Applications
Once a client signs a Service Agreement (Retainer Agreement) and payment is received, LaFav Travels begins immediate work on document review, eligibility assessment, and case preparation.
As such:
•Service fees are non-refundable after signing the agreement and commencement of work.
•If a client withdraws their application before submission, LaFav Travels may, at its discretion, refund a portion of unused fees, less administrative and professional charges.
•Government fees, third-party costs, and processing charges (e.g., courier, translation, medicals, biometrics, police certificates) are non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Visa or Application Denials
LaFav Travels Immigration Services Inc. provides advisory and application assistance but cannot guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, or immigration application.
•Refunds will not be issued if an application is refused by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or any other authority.
•Our role is to ensure that the application is professionally prepared and submitted based on the information provided by the client.

5. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
If a payment is made in error or charged twice, please notify us immediately at info@lafavtravels.ca.
Once verified, a full refund of the duplicate transaction will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:
•Service cancellation by LaFav Travels before any work has begun.
•Administrative error or overpayment.
All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original form of payment.

Refunds will not be issued if a client changes their mind after payment or decides not to proceed with the service after signing the agreement.
